Getting a close connection to nature is two-fold – reading and learning about it and getting out to experience it. This website tells you how to do both. I spend as much time as I can with my camera, and when I'm not doing that I can usually be found in my kitchen, because I love to cook and bake. Roses are special, and my very favorite creature in all the world is a cute little chipmunk. I once saved a chipmunk from my cat, and held it in my hands because it was too scared to run away. We lived on the edge of a nature preserve, so I walked to the woods and put him on the ground. He scampered a few feet, turned around and looked at me, then dashed into the woods. I felt like he was thanking me!
I
